The Chapman project involved a complete knockdown and rebuild, transforming the site into two stunning dual occupancy homes. Residence Two features sleek, modern double story design, maximising space for a growing family. The home was designed and built with performance in mind, whilst still featuring abundant natural light and showcasing premium finishes throughout.

BRIEF
Residence Two was designed as a modern, two-story home, providing plenty of space for a growing family. Despite the boundary constraints and tight schedule, we created a private and functional living environment, maximising the use of the available land while maintaining the highest standard of design and comfort.
FEATURES
Residence Two is a double story architectural gem that blends luxury with practicality. Key features include:
- A striking facade with a bold gable design, accented by clean lines and monochromatic tones.
- A unique pool atrium, centrally positioned, creating a private and serene outdoor space that is visible from multiple areas of the home, bringing natural light and a sense of tranquillity to the interior.
- An expansive open plan kitchen and dining area, featuring cathedral ceilings that create a sense of openness and grandeur. Sleek black cabinetry that contrasts beautifully with natural stone benchtops.
- High performing home, achieving just over 4 Air Changes Per Hour (ACH) @ 50 pascals in a blower door test.
- Custom joinery throughout, with practical and stylish storage solutions, including bespoke cabinetry in both the living and bedroom areas.
- A double carport and spacious outdoor areas that provide ample space for entertaining and family life.
